Follow these 2 easy steps:
Step 1 – Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within the first 7 days of receiving your goods. We would appreciate any feedback you may have for us. Step 2 –If you are sending your parcel back to us via registered mail, e-mail us the tracking number to email@example.com within the 7 days return period. Or Return the item to the Independent Sales Representative you originally it purchased it from. As soon as we receive your return we will contact you regarding your exchange or a refund.

- Refunds will be paid through the original payment means. If paid in cash to an Independent Sales Representative MUE SA will EFT the refund into your bank account. Please supply Makeup Eraser SA with your full banking details.
- It has to be returned in its original packaging.
- For your protection we recommend that you insure your package against loss and damage and request a delivery confirmation.
- Any refund payable will exclude any original shipping and Packaging costs neither will Makeup Eraser SA cover the return costs.It has to be returned in its original packaging.
Damaged, Defective Product
If product is damaged or defective, you are responsible to contact us within seven (7) days from the purchase date. We will issue a call tag for the product and gladly send a replacement. Please do not discard any product and/or packaging from the shipment until instructed by customer service in writing. We will inspect the undesirable product upon receipt.
